This project was a commission from a friend and marked a new phase for my Charcuterie Board design. From here on out, Birdseye Maple and Curly Maple will be the two species of wood I plan to use on the majority of my Charcuterie Boards. The high character those two species deliver make them the perfect choice when you need to make a statement with your charcuterie board.They cost a little more, but in the end, they’re worth every penny.
